- Schedule servicing, inspections and registration for every vehicle

- Manage dangerous goods transport documentation and placarding
- Investigate delivery delays and vehicle incidents

Where the work is recorded
Fleet and Plant Register
Records every truck, trailer, forklift and reach stacker with its pre-start status, service due dates, defects and roadworthiness.
Driver Fatigue and Work Diary Log
The allocator's daily record of each driver's planned and actual work hours, rest breaks, fitness for duty declaration and any limit flagged under the fatigue management policy.
Consignment Board
Tracks every freight booking from order to proof of delivery, including the allocated vehicle, delivery window, exceptions and complaints.
