Our departments
Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Warehouse Operations
Runs the Dandenong South distribution centre: receiving inbound freight, putting stock away, picking and packing customer orders, cycle counting, and keeping the floor, racking and forklift fleet safe and orderly across day and afternoon shifts.
Road Freight and Fleet
Allocates drivers and vehicles to daily runs, manages driver fatigue and work diaries, keeps the 41 vehicle fleet serviced and roadworthy, and ensures every load is restrained, documented and delivered under the Chain of Responsibility.
Rail and Intermodal Terminal
Operates the Altona North terminal: receiving and delivering containers by road, lifting containers on and off rail wagons with reach stackers, maintaining container records, and working safely inside the rail corridor under the terminal's safeworking rules.
Customer Service and Freight Planning
Is the first point of contact for customers: taking bookings, confirming delivery windows, tracking consignments, resolving complaints and planning freight so that warehouse, road and rail capacity match what customers have promised their own customers.
Safety, Compliance and Training
Owns the safety management system, Chain of Responsibility program, dangerous goods compliance, incident investigation, inductions, licensing and verification of competency records, and the internal audit calendar across all three sites.
Business Support
Provides finance, payroll, human resources, procurement, IT and records management to the operating departments, including invoicing customers for storage and freight, paying suppliers, onboarding new staff and maintaining the controlled document register.
